Dessert Tables

This past weekends wedding was amazing. So many details to swoon over.  But there was one thing that really caught my eye…the dessert table! Wedding cakes are starting to loose their audience and dessert tables are taking their place. The lovely couple this weekend wanted to have just cupcakes and it provided to be a perfect idea! Guests were welcome to walk up to the dessert table and pick their favorite flavor of cupcake. They didn’t have to wait for their slice to arrive. Although some guests still look forward to their favorite part of a wedding, wedding cake, and the whole cake cutting thing is a nice photo opportunity, a small cake can serve both of those needs!

Lots of variety here. There are chocolate covered pretzels, dipped marshmallows, sugar cookies, cupcakes, and more!

If you are having an outdoor wedding, this is a great way to keep the bugs out! Throw a canopy over your treats.

Instead of your typical wedding cake, have pie on your dessert table.

This table has bags ready for you to take home your treats, in case you are too busy dancing.

This one is my favorite, it’s casual but still looks fantastic!

Your dessert table does not always have to be on an actually table.

This makes for a great winter wonderland wedding!

There are lots and lots of choices when it comes to a dessert table. Personally, I prefer pie and treats over cake, how about you and your guests?  Get creative and cover everyone’s picky palate!

Love & Smiles,

Ash
